    Environmental Responsibility

    Waste Reduction & Recycling

    We implement responsible waste management practices across offices, warehouses, and event sites by:

    • Segregating waste into Paper/Cardboard, Plastic/Metal, and E-Waste
    • Minimising unnecessary printing and material usage
    • Reusing packaging materials where safe and appropriate
    • Encouraging digital alternatives to physical signage and printed materials

    Paper Reduction

    Our operations follow a digital-first approach, including:

    • Digital proposals, quotations, invoices, and agreements

    • Minimal use of printed marketing materials

    • Use of digital backdrops instead of physical printed banners where possible

    • Engagement with sustainable printing vendors when printing is unavoidable

    Water Conservation

    We promote responsible water usage by:

    • Providing internal guidelines on minimising water consumption

    • Encouraging responsible water use during event setup and teardown

    • Working with venues that offer refill stations and reusable water solutions

    • Actively reducing reliance on single-use plastic water bottles at events

    Energy Efficiency

    We prioritise energy efficiency through:

    • Use of LED lighting as standard across events and operations

    • Selection of energy-efficient AV and production equipment

    • Preference for venues with energy-efficient infrastructure

    • Encouraging staff to switch off equipment when not in use

    Responsible Procurement

    We support sustainable supply chains by:

    • Prioritising local suppliers in Singapore where feasible

    • Reducing transportation-related emissions

    • Considering suppliers’ sustainability practices and certifications

    • Communicating sustainability and compliance guidelines to our suppliers
