For the past few years, a growing number of our clients have asked us to run their events not just in Singapore, but across the border in Malaysia as well. We said yes each time, coordinating from Singapore while our team traveled in for planning and execution. Eventually, the volume of requests made one thing clear: it was time to build a proper local presence.

That is why we are opening a Malaysia office.

Why Now

This was not a strategic bet on a new market. It came directly from client demand. Companies we already worked with in Singapore had regional operations in Malaysia and needed the same standard of execution there. Rather than manage that relationship long distance indefinitely, we decided to put a team on the ground.

The offer itself does not change. It is the same full service approach we run in Singapore: one team accountable from first planning call to breakdown on the event day. What changes is our ability to respond faster, scope events sooner, and be physically present for the details that matter in the lead up to an event.

Proof in Practice: Keysight APAC Summit 2026

One of the clearest examples of what this local presence makes possible was the Keysight APAC Summit 2026, a milestone conference for one of our clients, held in Malaysia.

This was not a small gathering. It was the kind of event where delays or last minute scrambling were not an option for Keysight’s team. Our Malaysia team planned it end to end and ran it on the day without a hitch, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and every moving part so that Keysight’s own team could focus on their guests rather than the run sheet.

Events like this are exactly why the Malaysia office exists. Being close to the ground means we can catch problems before they become problems, not just react faster once something goes wrong.
